With the new flat racing season fast approaching, the local team from MJ Abbott got to work replacing the borehole pump and controls at Salisbury Racecourse to secure the water supply for the irrigation system.

The borehole pump is as far in the ground as the Salisbury Cathedral spire is high, suspended on 4″ threaded galvanised steel tube. This 46m³ per hour Grundfos pump definitely raises the heart rate and shreds the shoulders. Top effort from our local team.
