Forefront audit recognises MJ Abbott’s commitment to ISO 9001

MJ Abbott Ltd are pleased to announce another successful audit in relation to our continued certification under ISO 9001:2015.

During our recent surveillance audit carried out by Forefront Certification Limited, all the elements were assessed against the ISO9001 certificate previously achieved, and we are now pleased to announce that we have been re-certified to confirm that all of our systems and processes are operating as specified and producing and providing the correct outcomes, in the interests of our team and our valued customers.

The surveillance audit reviewed:

• Systems performance and maintenance
• Preventative and corrective actions and processes
• The effectiveness of our internal auditing process
• The implementation of recommendations following our internal audits
• Regular management reviews of ISO implementation
• Customer satisfaction rates
• Updates to our documentation systems.

The surveillance audit was conducted by a ISO9001 auditor who checked any non-conformities from previous inspections, the effectiveness of our systems within the context of our audits, new activities and previous results. Whilst these surveillance audits are essential for ensuring that our company stays on track, they have a deeper benefit – surveillance audits are an essential step in preparing our company for recertification which happens at the end of each year.
