This gallery contains video clips of some of our specialist machinery in action.

• Spinning Disc Trencher

  This machine was designed by us and built in our in-house workshops. In this clip it is shown excavating a narrow trench in a golf course fairway to install an irrigation mains pipe and control cables. The machine is generally utilised for this purpose when the ground is too hard to use a vibratory mole plough, or stones or flints may damage the pipe.

   

• Winch Drawn Non-tension Mole Plough

  This machine is used to install agricultural water supply pipes. This short film shows the machine in operation, installing a blue MDPE potable water supply pipe across farmland. A grit bed and surround is installed at the same time to protect the pipe from damage caused by the flinty ground, and a marker tape is installed on top of the grit, all in one continuous operation.

   

• Single Leg Gravel Bander

  This machine is used to install secondary drainage. In this clip it is shown installing Lytag gravel bands on a winter sports pitch.
