Construction of water feature attenuation pond

MJ Abbott secured this project through an ongoing relationship with an existing client.

The project involved constructing a pond and waterfall features to make use of an ancient leat watercourse flowing through the property.

The scope of work included:

  • Site clearance including stone reclamation
  • Cut and fill earthworks to create pond and waterfall features
  • Design and Installation of outfall and overflow pipework including re-routing of existing stream
  • Installation of 3 layer lining system
  • Stonework and landscaping to final finish.

The works formed part of a major garden landscaping project carried out by the client.
