North Hants Golf Club, Fleet, Hampshire

MJ Abbott secured the contract to install a new irrigation system at North Hants Golf Club following a tender and interview process. The system design and tender process was managed by Giles Wardle of Irriplan.

The scope of work included:

• 280m³ galvanised steel water storage tank complete with new mains water feed pipework
• Integration of existing pumpstation
• Installation of partial mainlines pipework and replacement irrigation to fairways and the practice ground
• The system utilises Rain Bird irrigation equipment 
• The system includes Rain Bird Stratus 2 control system and radio remote control.

MJ Abbott continues to maintain the irrigation system.
