Construction of SISGrass hybrid turf pitch
The following scope of works was carried out in accordance with the specification produced by Andy Cole of iTurf Management:
- Excavation and disposal of 450mm depth from existing pitch area
- Cut and fill earthworks to create sub base and new pitch levels
- Installation of drainage, irrigation and undersoil heating systems
- Import and spread new gravel raft, lower sand and upper rootzone layers
- Preparation and seeding of pitch surface
- Installation of SISGrass hybrid pitch reinforcement system
