MJ Abbott secured the project following a competitive tender process.

The project comprised the construction of a new 3G artificial football surface over an existing tarmac area.

MJ Abbott carried out the following scope of works:

• Spray existing surface to kill off algae and power wash clean to improve drainage rates through existing surface
• Installation of new Rhino-Turf VT40, 40mm depth synthetic carpet complete with sand and rubber infill
• Lines cut in as required.

MJ Abbott continue to provide maintenance support for the new pitch.
