Harpenden Golf Club, Hertfordshire

MJ Abbott secured the contract to reconstruct the surrounds to the 11th Green at Harpenden Golf Club following submission of a competitive tender. The works were carried out in accordance with the Club's instructions.

The scope of work included:

• Topsoil strip
• Cut and fill earthworks
• Shaping of 3 no bunkers and associated mounding
• Lowering of approach area to improve greens drainage
• Installation of drainage
• Topsoil re-spread
• Preparation and turfing to all worked areas
• Supply and placement of bunker sand.
