Construction of new practice facility
Burhill Golf Club required a new practice facility to be constructed. MJ Abbott secured the contract through submission of a quotation and negotiation direct with the client.
The project, managed by the client, comprised the following scope of work:
- Construction of practice tee, 3 no target greens, putting green, chipping green, bunkers and water feature
- Installation of primary drainage and automatic irrigation to all constructed areas
- Construction of car parking area.
Burhill Golf Club were very satisfied with the result.
