MJ Abbott kick off new pitches for London Irish
Leading sports turf contractors MJ Abbott Limited have made a strong start to the recently awarded contract to construct a new training facility for Aviva Premiership Rugby giants London Irish in West London.
Earthmoving works underway at London Irish
This project will provide London Irish with a top class training facility on the doorstep of their spiritual home of Sunbury in West London.
The scheme includes the construction of 17 new training pitches on a redundant golf course site, including a state of the art artificial pitch, drainage, irrigation, landscaping and provision of floodlighting.
The project is scheduled for completion later this year, with the pitches being brought into play in Summer 2014.
