Lots of interest at Cardiff Sewers for Adoption workshop

The purpose of the workshop, held in Cardiff on Tuesday 2nd October, was to clarify the changes in legislation introduced in the new 7th Edition of Sewers for Adoption (SfA7). One of the key changes in the document is the inclusion of design guidance for smaller drain and sewer systems near to buildings, which have not previously been adopted. The changes are therefore some of the biggest changes made to SfA for many years.

The workshop and associated exhibition was very well attended by a wide range of visitors from water utility companies, housing associations, private developers, designers, consultants, and groundworkers.
