The welfare of our staff and customers is paramount to us. We continue to follow Government guidelines and we will act responsibly to ensure that our actions will help to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Our office and sites remain closed for normal business until further notice, however we are retaining a skeleton staff at our office and on certain work sites which are deemed to be essential.
Our emergency response teams are available to respond to water supply emergencies where the welfare of people or livestock is endangered.
Our trade counter remains open with a skeleton staff to supply parts for emergency repairs. Our delivery service is suspended until further notice.
