Following the latest government announcement regarding a new National Lockdown effective from 5th January 2021, we are pleased to confirm the arrangements we have made to continue to support our customers while helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The welfare of our staff and customers is paramount to us. We continue to follow Government guidelines and we will act responsibly to ensure that our actions will help to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Product Sales
Our Sales Team are working as normal, in accordance with social distancing guidelines. Please direct all sales enquiries to our dedicated Sales Office number, 01722 717708. We welcome the opportunity to support you with any requirements you may have.
Trade Counter
Our Trade Counter is open, however all orders for collection or delivery must be arranged in advance by calling our Sales Office on 01722 717708.
Please note that all visitors to our Trade Counter will be required to wear a face covering in accordance with Government guidelines.
Product Deliveries
Our delivery services are operating as normal, however we are configuring our loads wherever possible so there is no need for interaction between our driver and the customer. All orders for delivery must be arranged in advance by calling our Sales Office on 01722 717708.
Water Supply Emergencies
Our emergency response teams are available to respond to water supply emergencies. Please call us on 01722 716361 if you have a water supply emergency, and our Water Engineering teams will be pleased to assist.
Other Services
All our other services are operating as normal, although we have made necessary adjustments to our operating procedures to comply with Government guidelines during the pandemic.
