Temporary HR & Training Assistant (3-Month Contract)

We’re looking for someone to join our friendly HR & Training team on a temporary basis to provide hands-on support during a busy period.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Advisor to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day operations and projects. Typical tasks may include:

  • Assisting with recruitment administration and onboarding new starters
  • Supporting training coordination – arranging sessions, maintaining records, and preparing materials
  • Updating HR databases and personnel files; specifically supporting with implementing a new HR & Training software package
  • Helping with general HR queries and employee communications

About you:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally has experience working in an HR, training, or administrative environment
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office
