We’re looking for someone to join our friendly HR & Training team on a temporary basis to provide hands-on support during a busy period.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Advisor to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day operations and projects. Typical tasks may include:
- Assisting with recruitment administration and onboarding new starters
- Supporting training coordination – arranging sessions, maintaining records, and preparing materials
- Updating HR databases and personnel files; specifically supporting with implementing a new HR & Training software package
- Helping with general HR queries and employee communications
About you:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ideally has experience working in an HR, training, or administrative environment
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Is confident using Microsoft Office
