Payroll Administrator
Duties and responsibilities
- Gather Payroll data from timesheets, enter and analyse in excel
- Processing all information onto Sage Payroll
- Managing multiple monthly payrolls
- Producing / issuing employee documents such as payslips, HMRC forms, pension notifications etc
- Producing payroll reports
- Journaling monthly payroll into accounting software
- Reconciling payroll reports to nominals in accounting software
- Starters and leavers
- Tax code changes
- Childcare vouchers
- Loans and advances
- Calculate and process sick pay, SSP and SMP
- Manual calculations and adjustments
A car driver with full licence is required
This role is offered as a full time role of 40 hours over 5 days or as a part-time role – a minimum of 25 hours per week
We offer 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays – pro rata for part time hours
