Duties and responsibilities

  • Gather Payroll data from timesheets, enter and analyse in excel
  • Processing all information onto Sage Payroll
  • Managing multiple monthly payrolls
  • Producing / issuing employee documents such as payslips, HMRC forms, pension notifications etc
  • Producing payroll reports
  • Journaling monthly payroll into accounting software
  • Reconciling payroll reports to nominals in accounting software
  • Starters and leavers
  • Tax code changes
  • Childcare vouchers
  • Loans and advances
  • Calculate and process sick pay, SSP and SMP
  • Manual calculations and adjustments

A car driver with full licence is required

This role is offered as a full time role of 40 hours over 5 days or as a part-time role – a minimum of 25 hours per week

We offer 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays – pro rata for part time hours
