Excavator Operator / Groundworker

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator with general groundworks experience to work on projects in the Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Certification: A valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) or NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) card, specifically for 360 excavators.

Experience: Proven experience in a construction or civil engineering environment, particularly in groundworks deep drainage, piling and trench shoring.

Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge, an understanding of health and safety regulations, and the physical fitness to work outdoors.

Flexibility: A willingness to assist with general groundworks tasks when not operating machinery.

Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is often essential due to site locations being inaccessible by public transport.
