Quantity Surveyor

We require a full time Quantity Surveyor commencing with immediate effect until August 2025.

Assisting the Contracts Director to secure and manage projects for the company and to ensure that the Company’s projects are carried out to the highest quality and efficiency to meet the programme, specification, budget, and client expectations.

Experience Required:

• Honours degree or equivalent construction experience
• Computer literate – experienced with Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with AutoCad for 2D drafting an advantage but not essential (training will be given)
• Experience in basic surveying an advantage but not essential (training will be given)
• Clear thinking with good organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-disciplined to work under pressure, alone or in a team environment, and using own initiative
