We are looking for someone to help with the aggregates division of the business that is growing rapidly.
Sitting within the accounts team, key responsibilities are:
- Reviewing purchase invoices against purchase orders on the accounting software.
- Amending the purchase and sales orders to reflect actual quantities received.
- Delivering the goods into and out of the accounting software.
- Helping the aggregates team enter sales and purchase orders where necessary.
- Dealing with supplier and customer queries.
Key skills required:
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Structured and focused.
- A good team player that is willing to support and assist constructively, whilst able to work independently.
- A problem solver who enjoys the investigative process.
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office, experienced or willing to be trained in different software packages.
- Full driving licence required.
3 month contract – 40 hour per week
