Accounts - Aggregates Admin (3-Month Contract)

We are looking for someone to help with the aggregates division of the business that is growing rapidly.

Sitting within the accounts team, key responsibilities are:

  • Reviewing purchase invoices against purchase orders on the accounting software.
  • Amending the purchase and sales orders to reflect actual quantities received.
  • Delivering the goods into and out of the accounting software.
  • Helping the aggregates team enter sales and purchase orders where necessary.
  • Dealing with supplier and customer queries.

Key skills required:

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Structured and focused.
  • A good team player that is willing to support and assist constructively, whilst able to work independently.
  • A problem solver who enjoys the investigative process.
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office, experienced or willing to be trained in different software packages.
  • Full driving licence required.

3 month contract – 40 hour per week
