Design and manufacture

MJ Abbott Limited designs and manufactures pumping systems, water distribution networks, water storage facilities and water treatment systems.  Other services include borehole feasibility studies, Environment Agency abstraction license applications and water quality analysis.

We retain our own electrical and fabrication engineers for in-house manufacture of packaged pump stations and associated electrical control systems.

Our electrical department is regularly commissioned to build bespoke pump control systems for many applications including water features, leachate pumping and the hire fleets of national pump hire companies.

 

 

Supply and maintenance

We supply and maintain pumps and related equipment across a whole range of applications including:  

   

Pressure boosting

Deep wells & boreholes

Irrigation

Sewage & effluent

Water treatment - disinfection, softening,

nitrate removal and pH correction.

 

MJ Abbott has distribution agreements with all major pump and equipment manufacturers. A same day emergency service is available to customers in the Wessex region, with next day response available to most other areas.  Service contracts are available for any equipment requiring regular maintenance.
